Big Channels, Big Dips, Just Plain BIG!

Over the last few days I am not sure of a good way to explain the "roller coaster" that we have been on in the Cable and the Euro.. If you all know me you know I follow the Euro and the Cable like a "junkie" lol!!! No - seriously, if I look back over 2005 I must say that I traded these two pairs more than any other.

Over the last few days - If I am honest - these two have truly given me a "royal headache". With explosive moves up and down.. all within a huge channels??? Go figure...

If you want any type of suggestion then I would say.. Trade bigger time frames - 1D or 1W charts - the smaller time frames can and will cause brain overload, and this is speaking onweek current and last week - Next week we may get a different view -

The cable will need to break above 1.7716 (Chikou Span Resistance Area) and below 1.7539 (Chikou Span Support) to confirm any one direction at this time. Sentiment is Bull however; with the heavy moves in direction it is hard to get a good firm ground on any swing trade positions, and trend trading is equally tough though there are some hourly trends within the view -

So what do we do? Look at bigger pictures - set your trades on a weekly strategy. I know it may be a little boring BUT it is safer than the hourly moves that we may be getting slaughtered in :)..

Good Luck Trading!
